New Favorite Actor

Well, Christmas has come and gone.
Lets just say driving back on Christmas day for inventory at 6:00 a.m. the morning of the 26th makes for a lovely vacation.

But LOW AND BEHOLD...I get to work at 6 and they aren't ready for us!

I'm goofing off until they are.
Don't tell anyone.
Hey, I could have slept in another 2 HOURS!

I have a new favorite actor.
Tom Hardy.
He's on fire lately.
He's been in so much over the past 2 years!
But I find myself drawn to him.

He's a little edgy, and a little rough looking, but all hunky man!
He's also a very good, classically trained actor.

I first saw him in a Withering Heights remake, and really liked his rendition of Heathcliff.
I saw him again in Inception, and was like, "Hey, its that guy!"
Then I started seeing him in starring roles, and really started to like him as an actor, and my crush started.

He was amazing, as a PTSD soldier that fights UFC in Warrior. This is a Man's man movie, but I liked it as well.

Then again as BANE in the final Batman movie, the Dark Knight Rises.

But my favorite role of his is Forrest in the movie Lawless.

He plays a moonshiner, and his character is rough and tumble, but also has this soft side. He's brillant as an actor in it. His character Forrest makes this endearing little growl sound with his voice when he's thinking/speechless/uncomfortable. Not to mention the friction you feel between him and the female character in the film played by Jessica Chastain, whom I also love. They have chemistry to say the least.

Anyway, I'm smitten.

And I haven't even gotten to see him yet play Mad Max in the remake! This hasn't even started shooting, but I'm chomping at the bit for more Tom Hardy.
